bookAVE all stemmed from two brothers wanting to start something special and do it in a unique, simple and organic way.  

As a musician I know what it’s like to get gigs and the most often clumsy process that comes with it. How does a band find gigs, where do they go, what do they need to tell the venue or person booking them?  What about a venue, where do they find bands, are they only waiting for the musicians to come to them? What about someone who never books bands but is putting on a special event, how do they go about it? Well all of this ties into what we saw broken in this.  

We were inspired to create a simple, hassle free solution to book anything for your next event.  Scrapping the conventional cumbersome process of pen to paper, looking everyone up, researching, calling and comparing.  We have it all in one place.  With bookAVE all you have to do is follow three easy steps; search, request and book.  We are proud of our up-front low rates with no hidden fees and are passionate about supporting the performers, venues, services and the community. When it comes to the payment, sometimes you find yourself wondering when you will get paid, or are running around looking for the person who is writing the cheque.  We have a simple, secure and direct payment process ensuring that even before you play the gig you know you’re getting paid. As a venue owner, this will help streamline your day and keep everything organized and have a history of payments and performers you’ve hired.  This can help save you time, have everything in one place, ensuring any employee or another owner has access to all this info.  

We want to help free up time to focus on what’s important.  As a musician it’s more time to hone your craft and for venue owners it’s time to focus on running and improving their business.  It's all about bringing people in the community together for the moments that matter.  Rediscover the excitement and intimacy of live music at smaller venues.  Bringing back joy to listening to live music and creating memorable events for all to enjoy!  Our main focus is to help everyone manage their lives, passions and business's more efficiently and successfully!
